WARRANTY AND REPAIR
Mentom Eyewear Inc. provides a one year warranty on manufacturer’s defect from the date of purchase. Mentom will replace any current style which is deemed to possess a manufacturer’s defect. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty.
Mentom Eyewear Inc. does however offer a replacement service for items not covered under warranty.
For warranty or replacement service, please follow these easy steps:
1. Call Mentom at 310.535.3677 to first acquire a return authorization number (R.A.#) and an address to send your product.
2. A Mentom customer service professional will supply you with instructions for the nearest Mentom warranty center to send your eyewear. Do not send your package without speaking to a customer representitive.
3. Your R.A.# expires after 30 days from the date it was given to you by customer service, so please be sure to send your defective glasses in as soon as possible.
4. Send your Mentom sunglasses with the following information inside the package:
• A copy of your receipt dated within one year from an authorized Mentom dealer. Mentom does not warranty products purchased from unauthorized Mentom dealers, or replace counterfeit or non-authentic items, i.e. “Fakes.” (Example: ebay, swap meets, street vendors or craigslist)
• If you do not have your receipt we will not replace your frame.
• Write the R.A.# on the outside of the package. Packages received by Mentom with no R.A.# visible will be refused and returned to sender. Mentom strongly recommends that you send your package via a carrier providing with a shipping number (UPS or FED-EX) as we are only responsible for what we receive.
*Please package the glasses in a box with adequate padding material to protect against movement and impact during shipping. Damages incurred due to improper
packing or shipping mishaps are not under obligation to be fixed by Mentom Eyewear Inc.
We do not recommend changing sunglass lenses. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered under warranty. If you have scratched lenses out of the box, the entire sunglass (of equal or lesser value) can be replaced. Please call 310.535.3677 and ask for the warranty department to find out about your options.
No returns or exchanges are available on replacement products. All orders are final.
